PRIVACY POLICY

Unless you agree to sign up for our email list, your phone number, email address, and any other identifiable contact information will be used solely for shipping or in case we need to get in touch with you directly regarding your order. We value your privacy and data and never supply info to third parties beyond what is outlined in our Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING METHODS + RATES

USA

  • USPS Real-Time Rates for First Class, Priority, and Express services
  • Free Shipping via First Class Flat Rate on orders over $50 before taxes and after discounts

Please note that Priority Mail is automatically insured for up to $100; First Class mail does not come with insurance and neither CLOVE + HALLOW nor USPS are liable for missing or damaged packages that ship via First Class.

Additionally, international packages may be subject to customs and import duties, taxes, or fees. CLOVE + HALLOW is not responsible for these fees and cannot provide an accurate estimation of these costs.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

  • Please allow up to three business days for orders to process and leave our facility. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.) In the case of unexpected delays, your package may take longer to leave our facilities.
  • All orders originate in Atlanta, GA, USA and ship via the method selected during checkout.
  • Shipping times vary and CLOVE + HALLOW cannot guarantee a delivery date, however, domestic shipments typically deliver within 2-5 days of shipping and international orders typically deliver within 4-10 days of shipping. On occasion, packages may experience significant delays beyond our control; in this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Once a tracking number has been generated and a package has shipped, CLOVE + HALLOW is no longer responsible for any delays or damages. If you are concerned about missing or damaged packages, we suggest you select Priority Mail Flat Rate since this shipping method is automatically insured for up to $100, whereas First Class Flat Rate does not come with insurance and neither CLOVE + HALLOW nor USPS are liable for packages that ship via this method.
  • Should you experience delays, damages, or a missing package, we suggest that you contact your local post office directly; sometimes packages are mis-delivered, an unsuccessful attempt was made and the package was brought back to the facility, or the carrier simply didn’t make it to your delivery address in time. CLOVE + HALLOW is not responsible for initiating contact with your post office nor filing claims related to any missing or damaged packages.
  • For international customers, your delivery may be subject to additional delays or fees due to import duties/taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer as the importer. These policies and dollar amounts can vary greatly so we recommend contacting your local customs office for additional details.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Most independent brands like us do not offer a return or exchange policy at all, but we stand behind our products 100% and building lifelong relationships with customers is our top priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or offer a refund of your product value within 30 days of purchase date for any full-size item(s) bought from our e-commerce store. However, due to the nature of Free Gifts With Purchase, free gift promotions (such as birthday gifts), and Sampler Bundles, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on these items. CLOVE + HALLOW does not offer refunds of shipping fees or cover shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges.

In the event of any perceived abuse of CLOVE + HALLOW’s policies outlined on this page, to be determined at the sole discretion of CLOVE + HALLOW, a return or exchange request may not be honored. CLOVE + HALLOW reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange authorization for any reason.

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

For security purposes, CLOVE + HALLOW is unable to manually edit order items or quantities once an order is placed. If you placed an order but wish to modify or cancel, please contact Customer Service for assistance. In general, most order modifications require a cancelation of the original order and the placement of a new order, and orders that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
